1Introduction

Welcome to auraasia. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User" or "You") and auraasia ("Platform", "We" or "auraasia"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the auraasia.vu website, the auraasia mobile app, and all services provided through them.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the auraasia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the auraasia platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with auraasia's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and auraasia.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the auraasia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never been banned or suspended from the auraasia platform previously.
• Registering on your own behalf only, and not on behalf of any other person or business entity.

AuraAsia reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If there is doubt about a member's age, the account may be suspended until satisfactory age verification is received. Any winnings earned during the verification period will be withheld until the process is complete.

3Account Registration

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other requested details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

AuraAsia implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all members. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Fund withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

• Accepted identification documents: MyKad, passport, or a valid driving licence.
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months.
• All documents must be clear, undamaged, and in an accepted format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF).
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. Please contact auraasia customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits & Payments

AuraAsia accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved digital payment methods. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. auraasia does not accept third-party payments.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for all payment methods.
• Maximum daily deposit: subject to the limits set according to your account level.
• All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within minutes.
• Foreign currency exchange rates are subject to the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
• AuraAsia does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose certain charges.

AuraAsia uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions. Your credit or debit card information is not stored on auraasia servers — all payment processing is handled by authorised third-party payment providers that comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

5Fund Withdrawal

Auraasia members may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily and weekly maximum withdrawals are subject to limits set according to account tier.
• Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by auraasia.
• Processing time: 1–3 hours for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.

AuraAsia reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, auraasia will notify the member and request additional documentation if necessary.

Any active bonuses in your account must meet the wagering requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Cash not tied to any bonus can be withdrawn at any time without additional restrictions.

6Bonuses & Promotions

AuraAsia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for bonuses is typically between 20x and 35x, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified period. Expired bonuses will be automatically voided.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• AuraAsia reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash.

Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses, betting on both sides of the same event, or systematically using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and wins.

7Game Rules

All games available on the auraasia platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by international independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and fair to all players.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as an internet connection disruption, server failure, or software issue — auraasia will take the following action:

• If no wager has been placed and the round has not yet started: the bet will be fully refunded.
• If a round is in progress during a disruption: auraasia will determine the outcome based on records stored on the server.
• Results displayed on the auraasia server are final in all disputed situations.

AuraAsia is not responsible for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before starting a game session.

For Live Casino games, additional rules from the respective game provider may apply. auraasia's live dealers are trained professionals who conduct games in accordance with industry-standard procedures.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the auraasia platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the auraasia platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account without written authorisation from auraasia.
• Use of Automation Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Payment Fraud: Conducting fraudulent transactions, unauthorised chargebacks, or any manipulation of the payment system.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat the platform or other players.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the auraasia customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonus will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be refunded in full once all reviews are complete.

AuraAsia reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account information found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Member is proven to be under 18 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, auraasia reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in that account, subject to the outcome of the investigation. Members will be given the right to submit a written appeal within 30 days of the closure date.

10Limitation of Liability

The auraasia platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, auraasia makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

AuraAsia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Unexpected service disruptions or downtime.
• Technical failures beyond the control of auraasia.
• Data loss resulting from extraordinary circumstances.
• Losses incurred in games that result from the player's own decisions.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the player's own negligence.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of auraasia to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

AuraAsia takes the privacy and protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed entirely by the auraasia Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By using the auraasia platform, you agree that auraasia may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and the KYC process.
• Processing of financial transactions.
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.
• Account and promotional communications (if you have opted in to receive them).

12Terms Amendment

AuraAsia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on auraasia.vu, unless a specific effective date is stated.

Auraasia will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via:

• In-account notifications or pop-ups upon login.
• Email to the address registered in your account.
• Notifications via the auraasia mobile app.

Continued use of the auraasia platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining valid funds.
